Entergy Home Performance With ENERGY STAR ® Program
A home energy audit from Efficient Systems (a certified Home Performance with Energy Star dealer) will test the tightness of your house and A/C duct system for NO cost if you allow Efficient Systems to perform the recommended solutions that will produce great savings on your utility bill.
Efficient Systems will perform a blower-door whole house outside air infiltration test and recommend solutions to make your house more air tight and efficient. This will not only reduce your utility bills, but make your home much more comfortable. Solutions could include better sealing around doors and windows, sealing around electrical outlets and switches, sealing around recessed can lights and other ceiling lighting or other places "out of sight" where hot and humid outdoor air is allowed into your home. Test will also determine tightness of AC & Heating equipment and duct work and we'll recommend solutions to seal duct leaks and equipment leaks we find, making your A/C and heating system a much more efficient system.
Efficient Systems will also look at attic ventilation, attic insulation, adding fluorescent lights and other items that will save you on your utility bill.
