1. Validity Period: This Offer is valid for a period of three (3) months from the date of service initiation (“Validity Period”). After the three-month Validity Period expires, this Offer shall no longer be applicable.

2. Coverage and limitations: The “Clear or It’s Free” Offer covers the clearing of clogs and obstructions within your drain system, allowing for the normal flow of water. This Offer does not cover situations where the drain is completely compromised, collapsed, or crushed due to structural damage. Such conditions may require additional services, which will be quoted separately. The successful execution of this Offer is contingent upon the presence of a functional access point or cleanout in your drain system. The Company may not be able to honor this Offer if there is no accessible access point or cleanout. If an access point or cleanout is not present, the Company will provide an estimate for installation or access creation if necessary.

3. Exclusions: This offer does not apply to the following: A. Drain systems with pre-existing, significant damage or structural issues. B. Damage of blockages caused by unauthorized modifications, foreign objects, or misuse. C. Commercial properties or non-residential premises unless otherwise specified in writing.

4. Service Guarantee: The “Clear or It’s Free” Offer guarantees that, if the Company is unable to successfully clear your drain during the Validity Period, you will not be charged for the service. If the drain issue reoccurs after a successful clearing during the Validity Period, the Company will re-evaluate the situation and may provide a one-time re-clearing at no additional cost. Any subsequent services required will be charged at the Company’s regular rates.

5. Service Fees: If the drain is successfully cleared within the Validity Period, standard service fees as quoted by the Company will apply. Additional charges may apply for services performed outside of the Validity Period or for any services not covered by this Offer.

6. Appointment Scheduling: To take advantage of this Offer, customers must schedule and receive service within the Validity Period. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate appointment requests but does not guarantee specific service times.

7. Termination of Offer: The Company reserves the right to terminate or modify this Offer at any time, without prior notice. By accepting this Offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined herein. This Offer is subject to the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which the services are performed.
